Why do you need my phone number for signup?

We use your phone number so we can appropriately and accurately connect you with your friends who are trying to find you and connect with you. We do not use this information to text you or call you or hound you in anyway. We will never do that.

Are my photos private?

Yes, your photos are private until you choose to share your stack with someone. They are not published on any publicly browsable website.

Ack, it's not letting me sign in! Even after I reset my password!

It's possible you mistyped your email address when signing up. Send a message to support@moshpic.com, they'll take care of you.

Can I upload videos?

Not at this time. We're working on supporting short video clips but we want to make sure we do it the right way before we go offering it.

Can I upload more than one photo at a time?

Yes. But we limit your upload batches to 5 so that your device can handle the load, memory-wise. We are currently making this better for future versions.

How do I delete a photo?

When you are inside a stack, tap and hold a thumbnail until the delete menu appears.

How do I save an individual photo?

Tap a thumbnail to enlarge it, then tap and hold the enlarged photo and a "Save Image" button will pop up.

How do I delete a stack?

Tap and hold on a stack until the delete menu appears. If you are the owner of a stack, you have the option to delete the stack. If you are not the owner, you only have the option to "leave" the stack.

Can I delete an album if I am not the owner of the album?

No, but you can "leave" the stack, which means it won't appear in your stacks any longer. Once you leave a stack, you'll need to be re-invited by someone in the stack in order to see and share photos again.

Can I delete a photo if someone else uploaded it?

If you are the owner of a stack, you can delete anyone's photos inside the stack. If you are not the owner of the stack and merely a member of a stack, you can only delete the photos you have uploaded.

Isn't Moshpic supposed to save the photos to my iPhone? It's not doing that.

This option is not turned on by default. Go into the settings menu (top left button on the home "stacks" screen). From there, turn on 'Sync & Save'.

I'm having trouble logging in. Help!

Have you tried resetting your password? You can do this from the login screen. If you continue to have trouble, please email us at support@moshpic.com.

It is also possible that you have mis-entered you email upon initially creating a Moshpic account. If this is the case, we can help you fix this. Just send an email to support@moshpic.com.
